Breathwork is a somatic breathing practice and a powerful tool for nervous system regulation.


When we experience stressful events, the body responds with elevated heart rate, blood pressure, and shallow breathing and stores unprocessed emotions, reinforcing negative thought patterns. Breathwork helps release these trapped emotions (energy in motion), regulate the nervous system, and reshape limiting beliefs by accessing the subconscious through the breath.
