“Navigating Volatility” Breathwork

Join us for an inclusive Breathwork class to tap into the Power of Breath. We will focus on cultivating a well of inner peace and more detachment from external circumstances. Breathwork is an endless resource for inner wisdom whilst creating a safe container for inner feelings. You will be guided through a gentle journey of self-exploration and inner world.

Logistics: it is advised to lie flat during the meditation for the best experience. All you need is comfy clothes, a blanket and an eye pillow/towel. A journal for any writing prompts and a glass of water might be useful too.
